"Recently my daughter was involved in a car accident where we had to file a claim. During the process we ran into some hiccups with State Farm Claims department. I called Rachel's office. Everyone I spoke with at her office was very kind and stepped in to help. They were able to find out what was going on with the claim and got it back to the correct department when it seemed to be lost somewhere. After they stepped in I was receiving updates from the Claims Handler, but more importantly, I received follow up from her office as well. They are WONDERFUL to work with and gave me a feeling of being a person and not just a number in the system. I highly recommend Rachel, Alyssa, Kylea and everyone in her agency!"
